Important Note:

• Rooms & Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Check in & check out would be as per the standard timings of the respective properties.
• Early check in & Late Check-out strictly subject to availability at hotel & on additional cost as per actual.
• Extra Hours & extra kilometers would be applicable in case of extra usage of Vehicle.
• Additional cost would be applicable for any GALA Dinner or Christmas or New Year event.
• Above rates are dynamic in nature & can change at any time until confirmation.

Terms & Conditions:

• All transfers and sightseeing by given Vehicles on 10 hour Basis and not for night drive.
• For night time driving (between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am) there will be an additional night allowance of ₹ 250 for the driver.
• All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
• Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
• Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at personal disposal.
• If pick up is before 06:00 am or after 10:00pm then there may be an additional surcharge for this.
• Ac will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
• Vehicle will go where it can movable, safe, don’t go on narrow road, Google Map Not Show Actual Road Status Many Time.
• Further parking charges shall be included only one time to the sightseeing places and it will not be covered to the cinemas and shopping mall, Market parking charges.
• After confirmation, trip can’t be changed or duration cant minimized. Only can maximize the same trip against additional tour cost as actual as per the availability.
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control. 

 Cancelation Policy –

• Cancellation before 30 days: – No retention will be charged.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: - 50% retention charges on the reserved package.
• Cancellation below 15 days: - 75% retention charges on the reserved package
• Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the arrival: - 100% retention will be charged on the reserved package.
