- The above rate is quoted with all-inclusive toll parking accommodation all Major sightseeing Places with kms blocked.

- A/C won't be operational at Hill stations, will be on plain roads only.
- Sightseeing spots should be covered in a single time basis only.
- Spot itinerary changes only possible depending on the time and Km at the current scenarios.
- GST 5 % will be extra from the total amount
- Chauffeur's service Time starts from 8 AM to 8 pm Time regulations will not applicable on arrival timings.
- Before 8am and After 8 pm driver bata will be extra Rs.400 respectively.
REGULAR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HOUSEBOAT
- Guests can check in at 12:00 hrs. Start cruise after a short introduction, relax and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater.
- At 1330 hrs. Houseboat will stop for lunch, with menu of traditional Kerala cuisine (if guest require any special meals like food without spice, Coconut oil etc., it has to be informed in advance). 1430 hrs. it will continue its cruise covering beautiful rivers and canals with palm trees and small houses near to it , villages paddy fields, churches, etc.
- 1800 hrs. the houseboat will anchor in an isolated area till next day morning 07 30. Most of the time houseboat will stop near the land because , guest can also get a chance to go out and walk along the riverside or villages and come back , Evening Enjoy the Dinner and leave all world behind you and have a good sleep in floating paradise.
- A/C Operates from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. in bedroom.
- 0630 hrs. Bed tea / Coffee will be provided, enjoy the sunrise and breath pollution free air. Breakfast at 0800 hrs.
- 0900 hrs. is the time to check out and end of services in houseboat and leave Houseboat.
- All the safety measures will be in the boat as per Govt. Rules.
- The cruse time cannot be extended from the time mentioned above.

- Time schedule/journey time in the above-mentioned itinerary can get changed due to natural calamities, political issues, delay during air travel / train travel, Traffic Congestion, Road Blocks, Vehicle Malfunctions etc.
Pickup from kochi airport and proceed for fort kochi sightseeing – Mattancherry palace, dutch palace, Chinese fishing nets, fort kochi beach.

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Munnar via athirampilly waterfalls. If there is heavy rain instead of athirampilly we will visit cheeyapara waterfalls and valazha waterfalls

Morning checkout and proceed for Alleppey local sightseeing - visit Alleppey light house, marari beach, International coir museum.
Overnight stay in Alleppey Hotel
Morning after breakfast checkout and proceed to Varkala. Enroute visit jatayu earth center, Varkala cliff and beach.
Overnight stay at Varkala
After breakfast proceed to Kovalam – visit shanmugham veli lake, Kovalam Beach. Evening Darshan at Padhmanabhaswamy Temple.
Morning proceed to Kanyakumari enroute visit Poovar island – Vivekananda rock, Thiruvalluvar Statue with Boating (Boating cost extra to be paid directly), Tsunami Monument, Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Gandhi Mandapam, Sucheenthran.
Overnight stay at Kanyakumari
Morning proceed to Trivandrum visit nappier museum, Sree chithra art gallery and later drop at Trivandrum airport/Railway station (better to take evening flight).
